Pollution is just getting worse and worse and we have to find a way to make it stop. One of the reasons that we have seen an increase in pollution is because of the fact that there are is so much paper being printed and disposed on a daily basis.

But offices haven’t still fully updated to modern technology standards, I have visited offices that still use filing cabinets instead of databases. So below are my 3 steps to success to get your office that little bit greener.

1)    Get rid of the old dusty fax machine and sign up to a fax to email service online, this way you will be able to receive and send all of your faxes digitally and eliminate the use of paper.

2) Get rid of that filing cabinet and keep all of your important into a computer database that can be remotely accessed, remember to always take backups.

3) Make sure that your office is upto dat with all the latest technological implementations.

If you are in an office then you should take note of the government’s efforts to go green and help clear up your work place. There is no need to waste precious trees and paper, instead look at giving back to the world and keeping your offices clean and friendly.

Another benefit is that increasing the technology in your office with help things run a whole lot more smoothly and efficient, so you will have less stress on yourself and your employees. There are so many gadgets out there that are made for the office. Which ones should you be after?

USB Gadgets

There are so many different forms of USB gadgets that it is hard to keep track of them all. The best one I think is the USB fridge as it allows you to keep a normal can of drink very cool. If you are into your teas and coffees then look out for the USB cup warmer as that allows you to keep the drink warm as it is easy to forget a cup of tea.

Sound Hats

What are you to do if your not allowed music at work? These hats look like normal hats but they arent as speakers are put into the hat to make it seem like you are just wearing a hat. When of course you know you are listening to your favourite tunes.

Stress Balls

Well although you could argue that these arent really gadgets you cannot argue they have their uses when you turn up for work in a mood. Useful if you are late, get told off by the boss or if you are the boss and want to bash some skulls.

USB Hubs

These are great as they let you plug in a lot of different USB items into them. These come in a variety of different ways from the awesome looking R2D2 to the time travelling Tardis.

All of these things can make a difference to those boring serviced offices and if these gadgets aren’t enough for you then look into getting some more interesting office furniture.
